Ruscus aculeate Extract had a good activation effect on myelin phospholipase of nerve sheath, combined with its activation of luciferase and aromatase. The activation of Ruscus aculeata L. showed that it had anti-aging effect on skin. Therefore, Butcher’s Broom P.E. was suitable for anti-aging cosmetics; Butcher’s Broom P.E. could be used for black hair products because of its proliferation effect on melanocytes.
