Cherry Description: Black Cherry is a species in the Rosaceae family. It is distributed in Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning areas of China. It is spherical and becomes black when the fruits are ripe.
Tart cherry is bright red with a sour taste. It is rich in nutrition. The content of vitamin C, K, Fe, and Na are high while Na, cholesterol, and the calorie are lower.
